July Highlights

Lydia loves her dollies and pretending to be a mommy.

Dallin picked out this car transporter truck with his birthday money. He loves it, and I love having somewhere to put his cars!

We have spent ample amounts of time at the pool, and one of the best parts of it is that Ryan has joined us almost every time. He changed jobs this month, and is still awaiting his government issued computer. Until it arrives he is unable to do any work and he has spent a lot of time with us. It has been great, but I know he's ready to start feeling valuable again!

Such a sweet girl. She was extra tired one night during clean-up before bedtime.

We had a sister and cousin day! So much fun! We met at a restaurant in Wheat Ridge and then played at a park. We got to spend about 3 hours together and it was wonderful. I hope we make this a regular thing!

Grandma Cindy came to visit for a week, and one afternoon we spent some time outside. Guests aren't allowed at the pool this year (again, thank you, COVID, for all you have done for us) so we let the kids have water play in the backyard.

He thought it pretty swell that he could lay down in his train track.

During church one Sunday the kids were drawing small ways they could make a big difference. This drawing is Dallin's first person. We all loved his efforts!

One evening we went on a walk around a nature trail. I love spending time with my family and nature!

It has been a really fun summer so far. I hope we pack as much into August!
