Brianna is 6 years old! Woohoo!
After a yummy waffle breakfast (also one of Daddy's specialties and a family favorite) it was time for presents.
She got....
a ruby necklace,
a new Lego set,
and Pop Beads to create her own jewelry. Brianna loves to build and create things.
We spent a couple of hours at the pool that afternoon. Summer birthdays have some perks, that's for sure!
After pizza for dinner we had cake and ice cream. She kept changing her mind about what kind of cake she wanted, but finally settled on a sun cake. My decorating skills leave something to be desired but I tried! The taste of it was pretty much not a fail, and that's what counts the most. yum!
Brianna is such a sunshine in our family - the cake was perfect for her! She loves to build (hence the Legos), horses, play make believe, swim, and ride her bike. She is excited to start 1st grade in a few weeks. She helps out when she can and is quick to obey. We love having her in our home!
